Maintenance Agreement

Below you will find details of our maintenance agreement which is available to all our clients:

Support hours per month 2
Response time 24 hours average (72 hours max)
Term 12 months
Cost per year £960.00 (or £250.00 per quarter)
Unused hours are carried over each month (for up to 3 months). Additional hours will be billed on a monthly basis according to our support charges.

Training

Additional Training £300.00 (Up to 4 hours / Up to 3 people)
 
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
 
Training is done via screen share using the clients’ computers.
Google Meet, Microsoft Teams are two examples we can use. Training can be used to implement some website changes.
Our screen share training method is particularly effective because it provides hands-on experience with your actual working environment. 
 
By the end of the session, you’ll not only have completed the necessary changes but also gained the confidence to manage similar tasks independently in the future.
